The Story So Far
ASoc Nest started in a small Copenhagen studio, where founder Elise Fontaine was frustrated by furniture that looked beautiful in catalogues but fell apart within three years.
She spent two years travelling to workshops across Scandinavia and Portugal, learning what actually goes into furniture that lasts. In 2018, she launched ASoc Nest with six pieces. Every one is still in the range today.
Today we design from our studio in Copenhagen and ship to over 30 countries. The team has grown to 40 people, but the question we ask of every new product is still the same: would Elise keep this for 20 years?
